Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Sponsor:
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Weevva Systems Ltd. (“Weevva”), a company incorporated under the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on April 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM NST on July 21, 2025. One winner will be randomly selected and notified on July 22, 2025.

3. Eligibility:
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Weevva Systems Ltd., and their immediate family members or those residing in the same household, are not eligible to win.

4. How to Enter:
To be automatically entered into the Contest, eligible participants must:

• Download the Weevva app, and
   
• Purchase the Verification Package within the app during the Contest Period.
   

No Purchase Necessary Option:
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to hello@weevva.com with your full name, email address, phone number, and a short message (50 words or fewer) describing what you look for in a great rental experience. Limit one no-purchase entry per person during the Contest Period.

5. Prize:
The prize consists of four (4) general admission tickets to see The Killers live at the Churchill Park Music Festival in St. John’s, NL on July 29, 2025.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $850 CAD.
Note: The prize includes concert tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, transportation, or any other incidental costs are not included.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
A winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on July 22, 2025.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

• Correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, and
   
• Respond to the notification email within 72 hours to accept the prize.

If the selected entrant does not meet these conditions, they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

The winner will be contacted only by email from hello@weevva.com.

⚠️ Beware of Scams: Weevva will never ask for financial information, payment, or confidential details in relation to this Contest. If you receive any suspicious communications claiming to be from Weevva, please contact us directly at hello@weevva.com.
 

7. General Conditions:

• By entering the Contest, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Weevva, which are final and binding.
   
• Weevva reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reason, including in the event of technical issues or fraud.
   
• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant with these Terms may be disqualified.
   
• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
   

8. Not Affiliated with Event Organizers:
This Contest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Killers, the Churchill Park Music Festival, or any related parties.
Weevva assumes no responsibility or liability for the concert or event, including cancellations, postponements, or changes beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Weevva Systems Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or injury, including personal injury, in connection with the Contest or the prize, including attendance at the event.

10. Privacy:
Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely to administer the Contest and will be handled in accordance with Weevva’s Privacy Policy.
